ACTUAL BLANK IJR -- PETITION FOR JUDICIAL REVIEW

This page has several Motions available to inmates who are currently incarcerated and need to have a review of their case, or have been released and are having problems.

This page will list current Laws and other things that will help an inmate.

All issues dealing with the Louisiana Department of Public Safety and Corrections must be filed into the 19TH Judicial District Court in East Baton Rouge Parish. There are no exceptions to this rule and anything in any other court will be dismissed.

Before an inmate can file any Petition into any Court complaining of a DOC error they MUST file an Administrative Remedy Procedure other wise known as a prisoner or inmate grievance.

Most Parish facilities DO NOT have ARP's and to help remedy that problem all an inmate has to do is write their grievance on ANY type of paper and on the top write "THIS IS A REQUEST FOR ADMINISTRATIVE REMEDY". This will be accepted as an ARP and filed into DOC's inmate grievance procedure. This ARP process is a legal document and WILL be used in any Court and is governed by Louisiana Laws and the Louisiana Administrative Code which the applicable statutes and code will be added in this site.

I CAN VOTE WHEN I AM RELEASED AND I WILL!!!!!
